He serves as a director's board member in Bank Rakyat and KPJ Selangor Specialist Hospital.He is also the chairman of the Pengerusi Koperasi Serbaguna Anak-Anak Selangor Berhad which he founded in 1975, and is currently chief of Kelana Jaya Umno Division. He also serves as the executive chairman of Pusrawi-SMC Hospital. Dato' Mohd Aini is also currently the president of the Squash Rackets Association and the Selangor Tenpin Bowling Association.
